The Salon de Cheveux booking and cancellation policies are as follows:

• Guests new to the salon for color appointments will be required to have a full consultation prior to booking an appointment. A credit card is due at the time of booking to hold the reservation.
• Credit cards are required for booking any service at the salon.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the reservation will be charged at 50% of the scheduled services.
• No call/no show reservations will be charged at 100% of the scheduled services, and those guests will no longer be able to book at the salon.
• Guests who are 15 minutes or more late for an appointment will have to be rescheduled and will be subject to the 100% cancellation fee of scheduled services.
• Lash fills done every 4 weeks or later will be considered a full set when checking out or scheduling.
