Kendrah is a Master of her craft! I went in for a color correction, showed her pictures and was expecting to have to come back at least one more time to get similar results. After a very nice conversation during the process, the moment of truth... I was shocked! She nailed it, exactly what I had wanted! Then a great cut and style to top it off, I would recommend her for anyone, she was just AMAZING :) Also... I was impressed with the online system they have. Everyone is busy now and that is just so much easier than phone calls. I emailed on a Saturday, and Lori emailed me back the same day. Great customer service all around!!
